Award-winning author Cynthia Kadohata visited Ramona

on Wednesday, February 27, 2008.

Cynthia gave an engaging assembly presentation to our students. Ms. Kadohata

is the internationally renown author of Weedflower, Cracker! The Best Dog in Vietnam, and the winner of the 2005 Newbery Medal for Literature for Kira-Kira. Ms. Kadohata spoke about her life's journey as an author and how her experiences have influenced

and enhanced her writing.

Friday	7:45am - 2:00pm

During minimum or special schedule days, the library will remain open for 30 minutes

after school. Any temporary changes for special occasions will be posted in the library.

POLICY

•	A student may check out up to 20 items at any given time, regardless of the format of the material.
•	If a class is working on a group project, each person is allowed to check out only 3 books on that topic.
•	A student may ask the library staff to place a hold on a book that is checked out by another borrower. Books that have a hold waiting may not be renewed.
